About me
and why I love what I am doing
Short summary
I am a resident of northern Germany by choice, born in 1981 in southern Germany, originally a communication designer, now a ‘communication researcher’.
I have been studying mental health for many years and find the connections between body, mind and soul extremely fascinating. I have acquired my knowledge through various training courses and self-study. I do not only apply what I have learnt, but have also integrated it into my life and in turn deepen my work in this way.
My motivation
For myself
I have always had the desire to do something meaningful. After a session, I often experience a special feeling of peace and joy about having really been in contact. These moments always reassure me that my work can make a difference.
For others
It is nice to be able to offer something that I am convinced is helpful in difficult times. It fills me with joy and gratitude when people place their trust in me and let me accompany them on the path to finding themselves.
For the world
I consider self-care and self-acceptance to be a deep form of rebellion, because it often takes a lot of courage to face your inner demons and not carry on as before. The reward for this is better cooperation, on a small and large scale, and this is exactly where I see my role and purpose.
The way I work is based on
– Nervous system-based process work according to Daniel auf der Mauer –
(Conflict Transformation Training, Presence and Absence Training)
– Cranio-Sacral Balance / Nervous system-orientated bodywork –
(Certified in 2023)
– Non-violent communication –
(Basic course, Specialisation course NVC and Trauma with Inken Gritto) –
– Dream journeys and meditaion –
(Personal practice inspired and taught by Thomas Campbell)
– Years of personality development and therapy –
„I am not here to heal you, I am not here to safe you,
but I will walk with you in your darkness.“
